Bryan Derr was named Chief Operating Officer in 2023 after serving as the company’s Vice President of Operations. As COO, Bryan is responsible for running LEVO’s operations and developing strategies to deliver commercial results and ongoing growth trajectory.

Prior to joining LEVO, Bryan spent twenty years as a Brewmaster in the beer industry. As Vice President of Supply for Labatt Breweries of Canada, Bryan led a national operations team of over 1000 people and was responsible for the brewing, packaging, and shipping of Labatt’s product portfolio of beers, ready-to-drink cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. Prior to joining Labatt, Bryan spent sixteen years at Anheuser-Busch in a number of senior management roles including Senior Director of Brewing Operations, Senior General Manager of the Williamsburg (VA) brewery, and Senior Brewmaster at AB’s Jacksonville brewery.

Bryan earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Olin Business School at Washington University, and holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from University of Missouri.
