Mr. Rose is a retired Director and Executive at Beam Suntory and helped oversee the sale of Beam to Suntory for $16B in 2014. His previous experience includes 12 years at Fortune Brands as VP, Associate General Counsel among other roles, overseeing acquisitions & divestitures, securities, litigation, and other key legal areas.
